Key Activities
· Explain Cloud technical ideas in simple English language to generate Cloud technical documentations.
· Prepare charts, graphs, diagrams or forms to go along with cloud technical documentation.
· Prepare drawings, diagrams and illustrations that explain Cloud technical architectures and components relationships.
· Write technical direction on cloud service announcements, cloud marketing brochures, advertisements and marketing specifications.
· Meet with STC executives. Cloud technical architects, cloud engineers or external cloud vendors to establish technical specifications.
· Create user documentation for cloud services, including how-to guides and instruction manuals.
· Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand by cloud implementation engineers.
· Write Cloud technical proposals and Cloud proposal templates.
· Design and write professional PowerPoint slides for cloud proposals, cloud services explanation and marketing.
· Gather information on specific cloud subjects from internal and external sources.
· Maintain an internal repository of all created documents
· Write articles and reports on current trends in cloud market.
· Write clear and concise policies and procedures.
