Develop and implement a facilities maintenance program for buildings, grounds and equipment
Prepare a preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s recommendation and industry accepted best practices for all buildings and plant equipment
Consistently monitor processes, systems and procedures to maintain optimum customer service, efficiency and accuracy
Manage the material stock and order necessary parts, tools, equipment, etc., in a timely manner according to company policies
Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor the standard of work and completion schedule
Participate in the development of the annual department budget
Monitor and control expenditures to assure compliance with department budget
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team. Including evaluating supervisors, providing technical guidance and direction, identifying training needs, and recommending policy, procedures and personnel changes
As necessary, respond to on-call and emergency situations; supervise an on-call system for maintenance personnel
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and inspectors regarding maintenance operations and activities, materials, specifications, and scheduling
Meet on a regular basis administrative and management personnel for planning, idea sharing, issue resolutions and operational communications.
Develop maintenance budget and be accountable for results based on defined Key Performance Indicators
Perform other duties as required or assigned by management
Monitor and evaluate performance level of employee, Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance indicator
