We have an urgent requirement for a number of enthusiastic Native English Speaking Business Lecturers for an immediate start to deliver a well-structured curriculum. We welcome applications from lecturers / teachers with experience in teaching Business to young adults.
JOB SCOPE:
To teach Business on a range of programmes
Tutorial and personal development work with range of students.
To contribute effectively to the team's collective responsibility for attending regular meetings, planning, designing and updating the programme and delivering the same, keeping course and student records, the assessment of students and monitoring their progress and maintenance/safe keeping of computer laboratories and equipment.
Lecturer is responsible for lecturing in specific designated fields/domains based on prescribed standards.
Developing and disseminating good teaching practices.
Assessing and organising access to learning support services for all students.
Assist with Curriculum Development and Quality Improvement.
Contribute, support and enhance the effectiveness of the course review process including classroom and laboratory observations.
Identifying, extending and disseminating good professional practice in content, selection and presentation and in teaching, planning and delivery.
Developing course materials, schemes of work, lesson plans etc. and make these available through the colleges shared information system.
Improving the effectiveness of curriculum delivery and the learning experience for class groups and individual students.
Supporting the effective operation of all professional administrative processes.
Liaising with College support staff and participating in cross-Faculty initiatives.
Representing the Faculty and vocational areas in academic and professional developments.
