This position is with the Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited, shared Services Group, International Business Support to support Boeing entities in Saudi Arabia.
Under the supervision and directions of the local entity Business Support Manager and in coordination with the Immigration Team Lead provides all the required support on assisting for procurement of non-production products and services for Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Develops solutions to complex and simple variety of problems in support of Boeing operations with assisting for procurement of non-productions products and services.
• Boeing using the BIBS system for non-production procurement and should be familiar with data entry and usage of similar programs.
• Assist with developing qualified sources for non-production products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Create, edit and maintain electronic and strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external personnel and customers.
• Develops a strong working relationships and partnership with business partners.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of data.
• Commit to deadlines and ensure timeliness of tasks.
• Opportunity to act as back up to other team members as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision and supervises others of lower level.
