The candidate must speak fluid English.
Support Sr. Human Resources Manager who is located in Riyadh.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• The ideal candidate will deploy and administer HR programs, systems and processes.
• Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies to advance Organizational objectives.
• Candidate will work with the Site manager, front Line Managers and Employee population to ensure employee issues, policies and procedures are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Support conflict/resolution whenever possible.
• Participate in Front Line Leadership meetings to learn the business, add value, add support and identify issues/concerns.
• A successful candidate will support local Recruitment and On-Boarding to support the F-15 program.
• Coordinate hiring and provide HR support with orientations, new non-management hire reviews, and resolve any issues/concerns that new employees may have.
• Work Performance management, Corrective Action and employee engagement to ensure program can operate efficiently and effectively.
