Duties & Responsibilities:
• Determine and clarify strategic and operational problems via consultation.
• Identify problems, seek solutions by reviewing current organization strategy.
• Undertake research into the industry sector, markets and competitors.
• Compile and present information verbally, visually and in writing.
• Identify and assess the pros and cons of possible strategies.
• Outline objectives, develop, advise about and implement Change Management solutions.
• Advise management on the formulation and administration of plans and policies for Change Management activities.
• Act as internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to HR issues relating to assigned program or section area.
• Develop, revise and implement necessary company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and organizing of assigned program or section area.
• Prepare and maintain special internal and external reports as requested by line manager.
• Answer non routine requests for information on policy interpretation.
• Assist with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow in the program or section area.
• Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Work on special projects as & when necessary.
• Assist line mangers in drafting Job Descriptions, conduct Job Evaluations and salary benchmarking exercises
• Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
