Have good knowledge and experience in all functional related payroll and time management in SAP
Prepares final processing for termination including related calculation, end of service Payments according to the labor law.
Collect all work schedule from the area managers for all employees and maintain in system
Check all time sheet for all employees who are negative working time or positive working time
Entering all leave of absence and sickness in system for all employees
Follow up the workflow system for absence type
Check all overtime list based on time sheet and entering in system
Make report the list for all employees on vacation and contact with managers regarding coming back or not
Help for entries new file and all payroll activities
