- Processing of order acknowledgement and change order - Monitoring drawing approvals and documentation status - Securing order checklist acknowledgement from Sales Engineer and Production - Consolidating P.O. commercial and technical comments from Sales and Engineering Dept. and sending acknowledgement. - Preparation of Project Schedule. - Monitoring of project / job status to ensure that contractual delivery dates are met - Provide project / job status update to customers. - Coordinating with production staff to expedite delivery. - Coordinating with QA for inspection schedule and status and secure inspection release. - Coordinating with Design Engineers to expedite production release and NMRs.
