مطلوب مهندس معماري للعمل بدوام كامل لدى شركة استشارات هندسية في مدينة جدة، لديه خبرة قوية في أعمال المكاتب الاستشارية، التصاميم المعمارية، الرخص، الإشراف، مراجعة الجهات الحكومية، التعامل مع العملاء، ودعم أعمال التأهيل والتصنيف وتشغيل المكتب.
تشمل المهام على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
إعداد ومراجعة التصاميم والمخططات المعمارية والتنفيذية، متابعة رخص البناء والترميم والهدم والتسوير والإضافات وشهادات الإشغال، رفع ومتابعة المعاملات عبر منصة بلدي والمنصات الحكومية، معالجة ملاحظات الأمانة والبلديات، التنسيق مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى، متابعة الإشراف الهندسي والمواقع، مراجعة الرفوعات المساحية والمعمارية، إعداد مخططات الوضع القائم وAs-Built، مقابلة العملاء، إعداد العروض الفنية ونطاق العمل، دعم تأهيل وتصنيف المكتب والشركات الهندسية، مراجعة الجهات الحكومية، والمساهمة في تنظيم إجراءات العمل داخل المكتب.
كما يفضّل وجود خبرة في المشاريع الحكومية من حيث المتطلبات، الاعتمادات، المخاطبات، العروض الفنية، الإشراف، التقارير، المستخلصات الفنية، والتنسيق مع الجهات المالكة والاستشارية
consulting engineering company in Jeddah is seeking an Architectural Engineer to work full time. The candidate should have strong experience in engineering consulting office operations, architectural design, permits and licenses, supervision, coordination with government authorities, client handling, and supporting qualification, classification, and office operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and reviewing architectural designs, drawings, and detailed execution drawings; following up on building permits, renovation permits, demolition permits, fencing permits, additions, modifications, and occupancy certificates; submitting and following up on applications through Balady platform and other government platforms; handling comments from the municipality and related authorities; coordinating with other engineering disciplines; following up on site supervision and site works; reviewing surveying and existing architectural drawings; preparing existing condition drawings and As-Built drawings; meeting clients; preparing technical proposals and scopes of work; supporting the qualification and classification of the engineering office/company; coordinating with government authorities; and contributing to organizing the internal workflow of the consulting office.
Experience in government projects is preferred, including requirements, approvals, official correspondence, technical proposals, supervision, reports, technical payment certificates, and coordination with project owners and consulting entities.
