Engineer / with 3 years at minimum in the same position in pharmaceutical feild.
1. Working cross functionally and hierarchically to identify and priorities project activities.
2. Identifying and developing business cases for initiatives which reduce cost, improve service or otherwise improve
profitability.
3. Regularly manage project plans, milestones and (project) financials.
4. Engaging relevant team members in identifying appropriate actions, and gaining their commitment to assisting in delivery.
5. Delivery focused project management to implement the required improvements on time and within budget.
6. Ensuring system solutions match not only the business need, but also reflect the values and principles of the client.
7. People management and planning activity.
8. Business process mapping and change management control.
9. Identify and negotiate with suppliers to deliver projects.
10. Able to anticipate and plan ahead for change and continuous improvement.
11. Able to influence through interpersonal skills and persuasion to ensure genuine support from both internal and external
customers.
12. Able to handle stressful situations quickly and calmly on their own.
13. Able to make sound business decisions which will affect the achievement of targets.
14. Must be skilled at working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment, with staff from a variety of countries and
backgrounds.
15. Must have business awareness.
