Professional Education Coordinator - Jeddah
The focus of the position will be coordination and execution of all Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Interactions, which will include trainings, education programs and other events eg: MasterClasses, Workshops, Fellowships, Round Table meetings. He/she will be required to also support our Sales and Marketing Department when it comes to other HCP services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creation and submission forms relating to Professional Education and Clinical Affairs (PACE) activities.
• Logistics for all HCP events including hotel reservations, lunches, dinners and transportation in collaboration with logistics agencies,
• Understand and ensure country compliance with local regulatory policies and procedures relating to education programs.
• Preparation and tracking of budgets
• Data collection to facilitate monthly reporting processes and the measurement of effectiveness of HCP interactions
