Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Primary Purpose of the Job:
Research:
- Conduct desk based research for the market, industry, potential clients and news.
- Perform analysis and evaluating of research findings to support decision makers
and managers in the company.
- Conduct feasibility study of projects.
- Plan for primary research, design research templates, collecting data from
researchers and conduct analysis of the collected data.
Planning:
- Plan for projects coordinating with other departments.
- Follow up on projects with all departments
- Adjust plans as per changes, needs and emergencies.
Support:
- Business Development Department in all activities related to internal and external
communication and requests of all business units.
Client Relationship Management:
- Communicate with potential clients, prepare proposals and follow up throughout
the project.
Training:
On the job, training is available as per the candidate needs, required knowledge, skills,
and know how.
Liaises with:
External consultants, research agencies, internal and across business units.
Job Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and work independently towards tight deadlines and schedules.
Demonstrates initiatives and follow up on issues/outstanding matters
Diligent and strong attention to details
Organizing & planning mind-set
Ability to think out of box and come up with innovative, creative and practical solutions
Ability to work as a team, cross functions and cross divisions.
