Job Description (Duties And Responsibilities )
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Will be taking care of Company’s account(s) to provide services in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with concerned Department within the Company and provide services and solutions that will meet or exceed the clients’ expectations.
- Provide consultancy on our service related issues as and when required to our clients.
- Establish and maintain appropriate and timely communications with Clients, all project team members, department heads and officers through effective use of project information reports, team meeting notes, etc.
- Responsible for delivering invoices to the clients and follow up for the payments.
- Monitor and coordinate timely execution of major milestone approvals with Clients and prepare necessary paper work to document approval.
- Enhance the Company long-term relationship with the Clients. Maintain up to date documentation on administrative operation procedures and issues, and revises as appropriate.
- Knowledge of general management principles and practices.
