Overview
Saudi Electric Services Polytechnic (SESP) is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and began training operations in September 2012. Presently, there are three SESP training centers in operation: SESP-Baish located in Jizan Province, SESP-Juaymah located near Dammam in the Eastern Province and SESP-Riyadh in the Central Province. SESP's operational headquarters are located at SESP-Juaymah.
Trainees at each SESP campus study English, Technical Bridging subjects such as health and safety, science, mathematics and various technical disciplines during their 2.5 years of study. Also included in their program is a six-month OJT
training component. All of the trainees are either high school or technical college graduates and study for 30 contact periods per week. Class sizes average between 15-17 trainees per group. The curriculum is based on regulated training cycles throughout the year including periodic testing and measuring and breaks.

THE ROLE
- Responsible for achieving positive student outcomes for technical training; with the training relevant to industry needs
- To ensure strategic planning and management of the Technical Training Department to meet the current and future needs of all stakeholders, including students, Saudi Electricity Company and Saudi Government agencies associated with SESP
- To provide leadership that creates valuable, positive, ongoing, and sustainable change within the Technical Training Department
- To develop and manage strong and effective relationships with employers and external stakeholders
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The overall salary and benefits package is valued at around SAR 500,000 which includes:
- A generous annual salary that is commensurate to experience and qualifications, starting at 400,000 SAR, and reviewable based on performance and deliverables
- local transportation allowance
- furnished shared accommodation with utilities and internet or an in-lieu accommodation allowance
- single-payment relocation allowance
- annual leave provision of 21 working days

initial one way economy class flight to Saudi Arabia
