Transpo Group and Partners Engineering Consultants - Saudi Arabia is presently preparing to embark on its new major project in the Holy City of Makkah. The project is aimed to minimize the impact of the Makkah Public Transport Program implementation on road users citywide and to maintain access to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, the Holy Shrines, businesses and other premises whilst keeping the traffic moving smoothly and safely.
In line with this project, we are looking for a highly qualified Road Safety Engineer whose overall responsibility is the delivery of the Services and be the key point of contact with the Client. Other responsibilities include:
Requirements:
1. Responsible in all aspects of health, safety, road safety and environmental issues on the site including coordinating all on-site activities related to traffic management
2. Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable Iqama are highly preferred
3. Due to the location of the project, only Muslim candidates will be entertained.
4. Responsible in overall road safety auditing of the project
5. Conducting road accident investigation and analysis, providing detailed report to the Project Manager based either on site / office
6. Preparation of contract documents is essential
7. Ensuring all work is carried out to construction specifications and traffic safety standards, and client needs.
8. Preparing report on day to day activities on the site and to be submitted to the Project Manager / Director.
