Coordinate and compile the collection, analysis and presentation of the division’s statistical data including but not limited to manpower, budget, work production, overtime, utilization reports…etc. Incumbent will participate and prepare the statistical and related analytical reports concerned with business, staff management (production, timekeeping) and operating plans. He/she will also play a greater part in interpreting data, suggesting particular courses of action or further analysis that may be required. Develop, review and maintain employee work records and information such as exemptions, attendances, schedule transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records. Compile statistical reports, statements and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, for submission to appropriate departments. The incumbent will work with a good degree of independence to complete assignments although supervision is always available for advice and direction.
