• Implement the Finance function’s strategic goals, business plans, budgets and resources in coordination with the Chief Accountant
• Performs accounting activities by maintaining the general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll and fixed assets books accounts of Company branch
• Assists the Chief Accountant in the monthly/year-end closing and the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepares disbursement vouchers, receipt vouchers, invoices, cheques and bank transfers which are related to Company branch activities.
• Prepares reports such bi-monthly and monthly liquidity analysis and AP & AR aging.
• Ensure the proper documentation for all financial transactions & reports.
• Perform the bookkeeping of the Owners’ Association (OA) Management function.
• Manage, report and analyze the AR and the AP related to OA Management.
• Report the partners’ accounts frequently and arrange to settle it coordinating with the chief accountant.
• Prepares monthly bank accounts, APs, ARs and related parties statement of account reconciliations.
• Prepares daily bank accounts reconciliation
• Keeps a file and records of all post-dated cheques received from clients.
• Coordinates with the bank Relationship Managers in all bank related transactions coordinating with the chief accountant.
• Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing the budgeting schedule for the branch
• Check the budgetary status of the transactions & report it to the chief accountant
• Prepare the monthly variance analysis reports for the branch
• Assist & support in the annual audit activities with internal and external auditors by giving the information required, clarifications required, etc. to ensure that the year-end audit package is accurate and complete.
