This market leading Saudi Arabian company is seeking to add a Recruitment Officer to their Head office based team. This well established company is part of a high profile group that has a large number of subsidiaries across the Kingdom.
You will be joining this organisation during a period of change and growth; the aim of this role is to work with the Senior Management team and to create, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its subsidiaries and their products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and budgeting
• Support regional and projects sales managers in marketing and promotion
• Building up contacts with advertising representatives and partner organizations
• Overseeing the production of publications, both electronic and manual (e.g. websites, leaflets and brochures)
• Managing the media during particularly busy periods e.g. a product launch
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for subsidiaries
• Planning media campaigns
• Liaising with communications colleagues
• Overseeing market research and analyzing market trends
• Editing the company’s website
• Writing and editing news reports, press releases and other forms of internal and external communications
• Write communication briefs for designers and advertising agencies
• Any other business, marketing, PR or communication support.
