The Role:
To utilize VAS, RBT service to increase Zain revenue from non-voice services and to enhance customers experience and to leverage brand equity.
The Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Planning
* Provide a clear roadmap for the RBT and ensure it is maintained and up-to-date.
* Measure monthly growth and adding new revenue streams to meet the yearly revenue target form RBT.
* Seek brands to add value to Zain brand association
* Plan for a major RBT promotion campaign.
Contracts & content monitoring
* Have understanding on RBT agreements and copy rights
* Have a major background on content monitoring and what to and what not to publish.
Operations & RBT communications
* Manage BTL/ATL activities for associated brands.
* Develop continuously and enhance RBT to attract and retain online customers in coordination with all main stakeholders.
* To be updated on the business and technological developments within RBT to continuously introduce new services and better user experience.
* Have knowledge of all Saudi & foreign culture.
* Have knowledge of all Saudi & foreign occasions.
Invoicing & Reporting
* Track the RBT growing on daily basis.
* Validate the hits reports from the aggregator & team members.
* Work in the UC tool to generate reports for the campaign that running.
* Prepare the weekly/ monthly performance report for the department (ComCom) to the management.
