·HR Manager would be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to the regional team.
·Support development of People programmes at
national level.
·Ensure pipeline of resources
·Drive Saudization and Feminization as per KSA Government and Business requirements
·Personally monitor and develop key talent in the
region
·Liaise with National Team to drive engagement
and retention strategies for Saudi Nationals
·Ensure that HRDF and HRMS records are updated on a timely basis
·Manage Level 1 employee grievance queries
escalated by Regional HRs
·Manage teams’ development, training and
performance
·Ensure that Corporate / National HR policies and
systems are compiled by the Region.
·Ensure compliance to HC budgets, Nitaqat,
Feminization and Local Labour Laws for all Concepts within the Region.
·Provide feedback and inputs for National /
Division / Concept development of Strategies, Policies, Programmes, Systems and
Procedures.
·Carry out diagnostic studies of frequently
occurring people problems that have linkages to business performance and
results. Recommend and implement remedial action.
·Ensure that adequate communication is maintained
between the National / Division / Concept Leadership and the Employees within
the Region
