A leading Multinational Company, who is a market leader in producing electricity in all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia providing services to various governmental, industrial, agricultural, commercial and residential sectors, is looking to hire an experienced Employer Branding Expert to help the organization to achieve its business objectives.
Description
The Employer Branding Expert will work closely with the Head of Employee Branding in order to assess, drive and implement the employer value proposition strategy throughout the organization.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Manage the implementation of the EVP strategy.
• Develop governance process to effectively implement the strategy.
• Develop measurement process to gather feedback on the EVP.
• Write and edit Employer Branding communication, employee communication, and recruitment collateral and branding materials.
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategy.
• Develop measurement to ensure successful implementation of communications.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
• 8+ years’ experience in branding role with a strong understanding of brand principles, key employer brand concepts, methodology, tools and techniques.
• Direct experience in employer branding solutions.
• Must have experience in recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions.
• Must have experience of working in USA.
