Conducting phone screening with candidates.
Arranging and scheduling 1st Recruitment/HR interviews.
Escorting and receiving candidates attending HR for the 1st HR/Recruitment interview in Supervisory level and lower.
Performing the Recruitment assessment process for candidates in Supervisory level and lower.
Conducting the 1st interviews with candidates on administration level.
Participating in the process of the 2nd filtration after Recruitment assessment process.
Escorting candidates to interviews with requestors for administrative level.
Following up with requestors on the final selections of interviewed candidates on Sales and Administrative levels below managers.
Perfuming the whole hiring process of candidates on Service Division on candidates in Sales and Administrative levels below managers, including but not limited to completing documents, cross checking certificates, getting the HR GM approval, etc..
Following up and processing the communications and negotiations at the level of offering the candidate between the requestor, the candidate, and the Personnel Division till joining date for candidates in Sales and Administrative level below managerial level.
Participating in the process of preparing, proposing, publishing, arranging, and placing Orientation for candidates in Managerial level and HR Staff under the supervision of the Recruitment Supervisor.
