Job Description:
The P&C Senior Consultant will operate within a project team to deliver people related (HR) solutions to our clients. He/She will be expected to do the following:
* Work within a project team;
* Extract and use benchmark data
* Analyze client data and Provide analytics to help shape solution designs
Design people related solutions that can help transform clients' organizations;
Requirements:
Qualifications/ Educational Background:
* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related subject
* Masters Degree in HR or related subject; or MBA from a well recognized university is preferential
* A mix of engineering and MBA/MHRM is an option
* CIPD, GPHR or equivalent is preferential
Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience
* Working in a consulting environment; or in a project based organization
* Big 4 firms
* Experience in the Middle East
