A UAE based company are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are a company who specialises in diversified business and we are looking to expand our business further within Saudi.
The Recruitment Specialist will deal with the following, but not limited to:
Recruitment Process
- Dealing with Manpower Requests from different departments and Line managers
- Posting job advertisments through different mediums such as online portals, newspapers, job boards as required
- Head hunting suitable candidates through online job portals such as LinkedIn
- Shortlisting CV's for necessary job requirements
- Conducting telephone interviews, face to face interviews and any other assessment centers as needed
- Selecting suitable candidates for the positions and negotiating salary and compensation packages
- Onboarding process of selected candidates into the business
