A UAE based company are looking for Training Specialists to join our team in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam in Saudi Arabia.
We are a company who specialises in diversified business and we are looking to expand our business further within Saudi.
The Training Specialist will deal with the following, but not limited to:
- Identifying Leaning & Development needs within the business
- Conducting training needs analysis assessing current trainings being conducted
- Utilizing various methods of assessments to identify any gaps in skills, attitufdes and/or behviours
- Providing guidence to all Line Managers on training needs of their teams
Design & Development of training solutions
- Proactively design and develop training programs
- Work with Line Managers to develop programs that are fit for their areas of business
- Responsible for maintaining training standards, meeting timelines, developing and meeting budgetary objectives to improve department operations
- Conducting all training across the business
Induction and Orientation
- Conduct induction sessions for new hires to advise them of the business and the policies and procedures
- Deliver training programs on the brand and the company
Measuring impact of training
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through different means to ensure the effectiveness of the training
- Assessing effectiveness and the return on investment of all traning and development programs
