Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Draft, Implement and maintain up to date standard contracts.
• Review proposed and legacy business contacts and identity risk areas to business management with recommendation as to risk containment,
• Coordinate with other internal functions to obtain input relative to their areas of expertise, consolidate and incorporate issues of concern into contracts and/or risk analysis.
• Draft and negotiate appropriate language specifically addressing risk areas for including in bid Documentation and 2nd party contracts.
• Participate as a key member of the negotiating team in contact discussions with venders.
• Participate with business team in analyzing risks and proposing solutions to manage those risks. e.g. proposed termination of contracts, potential claims and practices of customers.
• Ensure all contractual documentation is complete, accurate, approved at appropriate level and signed by appropriate company personnel in accordance with published policy and signature authority levels.
• Preform legal administrative tasks, documents receipt, process and archive.
Requirements:-
• 5+ years in contact administration/management function.
• Knowledge of basic commercial, competition and contract law principles.
• Must have good grasp of the entire contracting process.
• Must be able to work well with and influence other, and capable of preforming under pressure Degree in Business Law ideal.
• Must have proof of minimum 3 years prior experience in contact management legal field.
