This is an excellent opportunity to join a key player in the hardware industry in KSA; this company supplies a broad range of products to the construction industry via both project and retail sales.
The GM is seeking an experienced Retail sales manager to provide leadership for retail stores across KSA.
Some of the key duties include;
• Development and implementation of standard operating manuals
• Work with all Stores to achieve compliance of operating standards
• Follow up the implementation of policies and procedures through frequent visits
• Identify and share best practices within and across the stores and lead the change process
• Lead and develop a consumer focused organization
• Coach stores to achieve targeted KPI´s by analyzing them on a weekly basis
• Ensure that the team is getting the needed training for their jobs - products, company history, technical
• Interviewing, selecting, hiring staff within the retail operation
• Inventories Analysis
• Create the business plans: Establish annual, monthly, weekly and daily budgets.
• Ensure that the business plan contains complete retail and visual marketing plan, HR plan and training schedule. Formally reviewed each quarter
• Weekly store visit and reporting
• Be involved in the planning of the marketing campaigns
• Ensure appropriate product offer and adequate stock levels at all
