Duties and Responsibilities:
• Apply the company's strategies and implementation of policies in the assigned region.
• Monitoring the implementation of resolutions of the Company’s General Administration.
• Plans, organizes, controls and directs work process in the assigned region.
• Coordinates with Head Office General Administration to achieve successful work.
• Follow-up with the Accounts Department to make sure that the actual balance of the branches matches with the shipping value of the goods existing actual inventory in these branches.
• Support work with the local community by participate in community meetings, activities of the charitable institutions, government units, sports and seasonal festivals in the region.
• Provides advice and consults with the company's General Manager and managers of other departments as required.
• Facilitate the work of government representatives, agents and GROs in the region.
• Follow up the work of branch managers and provide guidance in resolving technical and administrative problems with their respective departments.
• Develops and implements strategies to reduce expenses and raise operating efficiency in the region.
• Evaluate the performance of branches and operation centers, and propose ways to improve their performance.
• Control Data Group, regarding conformity with the specifications, quality and quantity.
• Processing project proposals for the improvement and development of the operating system, and the order of priorities.
• Overseeing the implementation of periodic checks of all branches, facilities and properties of the company.
• Hold regular meetings with all branch managers, heads of departments and other relevant authorities.
• Provide advice to the Director of Operations Management, regarding shipping services in the region of which he is responsible.
• Classification and integration all of staff training needs in the region.
• Participation in relevant meetings, whether in public administration or with other parties.
• Perform any other related tasks.
