Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversees the implementation of company programs and procedures. Device mechanism for action, follow up work progress and performance of the branch staffs.
• Supervises the Received Shipment Department’s staff and officers making sure that the warehouses are well organized and arranged.
• Inspects Inventory Shipments with the Inventory Shipment department head.
• Solving customers’ complaints and making sure that all complaints are addressed.
• Prepares daily deposits, writes cash sales report and submit report consistent with the accounting policy of the company.
• Prepares monthly sales report, showing the sales movement, deviations and make recommendations to achieve goals of the branch.
• Writes and replies to business related emails received.
• Reviews the customers’ complaints and suggestions that may affect the company's reputation and submit it to senior management.
• Building good relations with customers and staffs, follow-up with them and solve any problems they face that may harm the company’s good relationship with customers.
• Prepares performance evaluation forms for the staffs and any other special reports.
• Follow-up with departments, staff and raise the level of service by studying the opinions of the customers and find out whether they are satisfied with the service. Prepares report for it.
• Conducts periodic meeting with the staffs to know departments’ status, the needs of employees and the ways by which they could help in raising sales. Fostering fraternal atmosphere within the work area.
• Knowledge of the competitors and get an idea of their offerings and get what may help, if any, and send it to authorities competent to study it.
• Doing the work permits and review of the branch of government departments.
• Any other tasks requested by the employee's department.
