1- Design and deliver Soft Skills, Business and Project Management Training and development programs based on the needs of the company
2- Develop effective induction and orientation program for new joiners.
3- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant materials, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
4- Prepare materials and training rooms for session activities
5- Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program that meets the learning objectives using various methods of delivery
6- Establish clear objectives for all sessions/ workshops and communicate these to the trainees
7- Provide a positive environment in which trainees are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process
8- Identify and select relevant training resources to meet the needs of the trainees
9- Communicate with the Training specialist in compiling evaluation feedback reports
10- Maintain confidentiality of trainees’ records.
11- Motivate trainees to be active lifelong learners.
12- Encourage fun and active participation.
13- Instill team spirit among the participants.
14- Follow up with the trainees to make sure they maintain the learned skills
