Our client in Riyadh- KSA, one of the most modern high-tech paint and coating companies in Middle East and KSA, providing the world market with complete range of high quality paint & coatings such as Wood finishes, decorative, industrial powder coating, construction chemicals, Can & Coil coatings, Adhesive are looking to hire a Finance Manager.
Job Designation : KSA FINANCE MANAGER
Department : Finance Department
Location : Riyadh KSA
Management
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Oversee the extension of credit to customers.
Funds Management
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Monitor banking activities of the organization and maintain relationships.
Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
Check and analyze return of cash and creates data report for cash flow.
Budgeting
Manage the preparation of the company's budget. Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff ensuring compliance with staff contracts and group policy.
Financial Analysis
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.
Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, including assets purchased with shared service funds (Group computers/software, etc.) assuring all are in accordance with local regulations.
Provide GFC with an operating budget. Work with the GFC to ensure success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and legal requirements. This includes: 1) interpreting legislative rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all local, national and contractual guidelines, 2) ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel, and 3) monitoring compliance.
Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
Directly reporting to Group Finance Controller for Finance issues.
Salary- 12,000 SAR + Benefits as per Law
Working Hours: Saturday- Wednesday (8:00 AM-6:00 PM) & Thursday (8:00 AM- 2:00 PM)
