Job Responsibilities/ Duties:
-Training actions for the Admin Division
-Maintain/suggest improvements to the company Career Development System.
-Arrange for the on-site Training Activities
-Report overall progress to the Training & Career Development
-Benchmarking studies & surveys
-Conduct Career Development presentations & related training programs
-Skills related in Refinery / Industrial.
Required Expertise:
10 years of minimum experience in an Industrial Environment (ex. refinery)
Experience must include:
-Management Training.
-ELL.
-E-Learning.
-Career Development.
-Refinery/Industrial.
Qualification:
-BS in Industrial Management
Specialized Knowledge:
-Refinery Training
-Career Development
-E-Learning Administration
-Technical Software
-Having worked in Refinery is a plus.
