Perform the assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities in accordance the company policies.
Ensuring safe working practice and care for environment by compliance with the guidelines set up in company Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and food safety policies.
Perform tasks in safely manner as stated in policies and procedures to avoid time and product losses.
Evaluate incoming packaging Material deliveries to cheek conformity against approved standard specifications, charts, and samples to achieve key factors. Report any deviation to the Quality Control Supervisor.
Identify and sample each batch in production and packaging Material deliveries according to agreed sampling standard and ensure the samples are correctly labeled.
Monitor product quality in all stages of backing for conformance to the standard specifications and report any deviation to the Quality Control Supervisor.
Implement quarantine methods with proper identification for all non-conforming products and packaging materials with approval of Quality.

Monitor the Quality Control as well as production analytical instrumentation setup and readiness at line start up and during operation and coordinate their calibration and maintain a database on daily temperature and relative humidity determination for the areas where these conditions are important to be monitored.
Support the new product development by testing products and trials of new packaging ensure the success criteria and specification of packaging Material and final product are met.
Perform job requirements in line with HR guidelines and rules.
Investigates customer consumer quality related complaints, and assist in defining and implementing the proper corrective actions.
Participate in regular trade surveys to measure the quality level of products at the market and hence the impact on customer/consumer satisfaction and submit them tom Quality Control Supervisor.
Prepare daily quality control report with highlight of failure incidents and submit them to the Quality Control Supervisor.
Notify QC supervisor and related area supervisor about any non-conformance case, hold the materials, and ensure segregation and identification.
