To assist in the assurance that SADAD transactions and projects are carried out in compliance with the relevant standards, processes and policies.
Role Responsibilities:
. Assist in implementing Quality initiative within SADAD Quality strategy
· Assist in securing and maintaining ISO 9001 certification
· Conduct ISO9001QMS audits and reviews of quality procedures and prepare reports highlighting findings and key recommendations
· Managing CAPA list (corrective and preventive actions)
· Interact and coordinate with external auditors where required
· Follow-up on corrective actions of inspections and audits
· Maintain and measure KPIs for all SADAD process and prepare quality performance reports
· Generate QM department KPI’s report
· Identifying quality improvement opportunities
· Manage QM documentation and records retention
· Managing IMS and QMS internal sites
· Prepare Quality management review report
· Control and administer customer feedback through surveys
· Assist in integration management system
· Assist in Projects Quality
· Maintain SBBC (SADAD Balanced Scorecard)
· Assist in SADAD Process Assessment (PA)
