KRA (Key Result Area)
Promotion Management
· Improves company branding, communication, media and advertising strategies and associated implementation plans
· Assist in translating corporate strategy into specific communications to SSC stakeholders, including internal employees, shareholders and media
· Assists in developing policies, guidelines and standards for promotions, corporate communications and events
· Helps in developing external communications e.g. articles, brochures, presentations, advertisements for content and artwork
· Develop and maintain relationship with media, public and private institutions and the general public to enhance SSC positioning
Timely completion of promotion plans
Customer satisfaction level
General Function
· Lead all corporate promotions leading to image building activities of SSC, e.g., represent SSC in committees as applicable, in major customer disputes, at conferences, fares and other external forums.
