Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
The Role:
Alshaya operate more than 40 retail, hospitality and entertainment brands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including Victoria's Secret and Starbucks. We are looking for a female recruitment manager with extensive experience to work across the Central Province. You will be exposed to bulk recruitment for store openings and attrition as well as more niche recruitment for senior level roles. This is fast-paced and challenging work and as such calls for an experienced, dynamic recruitment specialist.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
* 5 - 7 years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting
* Experience leading and developing a team of recruiters
* Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, able to challenge and influence
* Deep knowledge of recruitment best practice able to create, implement and manage recruitment programs
Retail recruitment experience is an advantage.
