Stay up-to-date on market trends, and issues, and new rules and regulations
Prepare a summary report with respect to potential and targeted clients
Maintain proper documentation and filing
Present the prospective clients with insurance companies quotations taking into account SAMA's Rules of Professional conduct.
Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and risk tolerance levels
Maintain client relationship and confidentiality
Ensure on going client satisfaction to avoid any grievance
Analyze reasons for client complaints, and initiate solutions to improve the situation and prevent that the reasons occur again
Coordinate with the Technical Officer to ensure the proper execution of the clients' insurance policies
Present terms of business to prospective clients and assist them in filling out an application for insurance services
Establish positive and beneficial relations with clients
Implement company's policies, procedures, and systems
Promote company services, acquire prospective clients, and serve existing ones
