Job Role:
To retain and develop existing enterprise customer base and revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
Retain and develop existing enterprise customer base and revenue:
* Build, recommend, and manage promotions
* Build, recommend and manage up sell and cross sell.
* Proactive retention activities.
Build customer experience and enhance satisfaction:
* Identify the potential and priorities.
* Build profile and surveys.
* Build process internally process to enhance customer experience and customer Center and externally process to organize the two way communication with the customer through all touch points
Customer analytics, Reporting, Formulate and coordinate the execution of the ARPU enhancement action plan:
* Track customer journey and study the customer life cycle, find the Gap, suggest solutions and work on task force to solve the issue,
* Build BTL campaigns
* Development of customer Retention & ARPU enhancement strategies
* Analysis the data on daily, weekly and monthly bases, monitoring on MSISDN level and accounts level and over all base, and find the opportunities.
* Build market intelligence and research.
Enhancing customer value & deliver the x/upsell revenue targets:
* Build promotions on prepaid wallet and postpaid wallets.
* The CVM will lead the development of the strategy & all the supporting activities that will facilitate the suitable offers for each respective segment.
