The Elevator Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the electric power production and transmission industry, focusing on the sales of elevator systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service, and who want to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The Elevator Sales Associate will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the elevator market.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase elevator systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years experience in elevators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the elevator or related industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of elevator systems and technology.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
