Role Purpose:
HR Business Partner works closely with business lines and staff to achieve shared organizational objectives; acts as a strategic partner by embedding HR strategy into day-to-day operations and providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal customer groups with the objective of adding value to the business.

Strategy & Planning:
• Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to business lines and staff on a broad range of HR services, policies, programs, and practices.
• Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
• Act as a liaison between the line of business and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs and business requirements.
• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
• Assist line managers in planning their employees’ development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.
Operations:
• Successful execution and support of HR process ensuring the ongoing delivery of HR portfolio of services across the organization.
• Defines and conducts training needs analysis to develop new training programs and initiatives, modifies and improves existing programs based on training and development priorities.
• Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery.
• Develops and manages new employees’ training programs including induction plans ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of knowledge and practical-based training to the new joiners.
• Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) utilization and e-learning activities for all staff as per their professional development plans
• Assist line managers in handling the performance appraisal system and in correlating output with development plans.
• Collects HR metrics and measurement for the business across entire HR lifecycle.
• Investigate employee performance issues and manage grievances or disciplinary cases.
• Provide feedback regarding service delivery acceptance and added value from a proponent’s/business perspective.
• Seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization.
People Management:
Supervise HR team to deliver a valuable HR-to-business support within acceptable service levels across all HR sub-functions.
