Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance processes to ensure that all input are at the points of use .
2. Preparation Initiative plans and processes that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to the company's interests without affecting the overall company objectives.
3. Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, so as to achieve the planned return to him.
4. The achievement of targets and timetables for the production plans, andand ensure organization is met requirements of customer expectation
5. Work on the use of advanced technologies direction of manpower constantly stable to serve the work and increase productivity and market reputation
6. Establishing and practicing effective management procedures to control overall work places of the branch
7. Furnish good work environment, talented individuals maintaining, encouragement and rewording to, allow them to participate positively in overall processes to attain high qualitative and quantitative output and preserve continuous market share
8. Knowledgeable with customer requirements from sales department and achieving their requirements
9. Ensure all machineries are working efficiently and the spare parts are as per the safety stock
10. Periodically submit reports to top management showing the output versus production plans .
11. manage subordinates and ensure their performance is acceptable and determines the actual requirements of training to raise their talents
12. Ensure the safety and health procedure as well as evacuation are well understood and applied by the staff and security, safety facilities are working properly along with QM department coordination
13. planning for future requirements for tools, manpower and prediction of any future needs
14. Coordination with all department to provides and maintain manpower and conduct necessary trainings
15. Ensure and approve their requirements of raw materials plan at warehouse to keep production sustainability throughout the year
16 Ensure purchased raw materials are tested and approved by quality assurance
17. conduct scheduled meeting with the department in order to be ensure all the plans are doing properly
18. all departments should have their own monthly plan, these plans should be approve by him and be monitored and verified at the end of every month
19. contribute positively in preparing annual budget and discuss it with the concerns
20. follow up new projects and report periodically to MD showing the current status
21. study and review precisely all Purchasing orders prior to reporting to MD
