Mechanical Cost Estimator - Refinery
Mechanical Cost Estimator is required for the largest Oil & Gas refinery globally for a residential position.
Location: Saudi Arabia
The estimator is responsible for the management and performance of all estimate related activities on project. This includes leading the estimate during the project development phase, planning the estimate effort.
Ideal Candidate MUST have:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years experience in projects of which minimum 5 years as an estimator engineer
- Experience working in an Oil & Gas refinery
Primary functions:
- Precontract estimate development
- understand contract requirements
- Develop the estimate plan in accordance with the execution strategy
- Setup and maintain estimate files
