International Railway Company working in the Haramain High Speed Railway Project linking theHoly Cities of Makkah and Madinah is currently looking for a Station Operations Manager.
The Station Operations Manager will be working in the planning and coordinating of the work and tasks required for the operation of the services necessary for the relationship with customers in the stations of the Haramain project, and support operations of the Company Branch in Saudi Arabia.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Stations Operation Manager reports to the Station Commercial Manager from RENFE and is responsible for assisting with planning and organization of the various areas of work in which the services are provided to passengers at stations.Moreover, he would be in charge of the planning of these works, during a period of time he would be working alone and as workload increases the department will start to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in the design and implementation of Customer Services at stations:
- Information Service.
- Ticket Sales Service.
- Ticketing (TVM, AG)
- Service
to assist people with special needs.
- After Sales Service.
2. Participate in Sizing and Management of human resources.
- Planning of Human Resources required to deliver the service.
- Development ofshifts.
- Development of risk protection plans.
- Participate in the development of training plans.
3. Participate in the Management and Maintenance of the station´s spaces reserved for the provision of these services.
- Participate in the station handover´s work.
- Recognition and inspection of buildings.
- Recognition and inspection of installations.
- Participate in the development of maintenance
plans of buildings and installations.
- Take part in the facilities and installations training.
- Participate in document Management
activities.
- Plan tasks and resources needed to adapt the station facilities for the required services.
