As the Quality Manager you will be challenged to successfully develop and implement systems to oversee total quality, hygiene and product safety to consistently meet customer's expectations, comply with internal and external requirements, and achieve key business objectives.
In order to be successful in this role you must have relevant managerial experience and the ability to meet the below demands of this position.
Key Accountabilities:
• Plan and execute Quality Assurance / Control systems, within set local and international safety and quality standards, in order to achieve business objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead direct reports through coaching and development, in order to achieve the departmental objectives, as well as the collective organizational targets.
• Working with purchasing to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
• Setting standards for quality as well as health and product safety;
• Ensuring production processes meet international and national standards;
• Support NPD and lead initiatives for product and process improvements.
• Maintain and advance accreditation in local and international quality and safety standards for ISO 9001/22000, and Saudi Quality Mark (SASO). To uplift and achieve company brand recognition and reputation.
• Lead, recruit, develop & retain quality team in order to build strong talents/valuable resources for the organization, with focus on Saudization.
• Address, investigate, analyze and solve customer complaints related to product quality and safety, efficiently and effectively; to protect company image and reputation.
• Coordinate with concerned departments in issues related to product quality to achieve department objectives.
• Coordinate and consult with regulatory consultancy institutes and suppliers (local and international) to achieve company visions and goals.
• Prepare, control and allocate the annual departmental budget.
