Responsibilities:
• Setting promotional activity direction for Marketing and Merchandising team as per the company plan.
• Identify target markets and how to reach them
• Formulate market strategies to achieve sales targets & attain market leadership.
• Budgeting, Planning & Executive of marketing campaigns.
• Create and develop brand awareness through ATL & BTL activities to improve off takes.
New Product Launches.
• Developing the commercial calendar for the whole years activities and media plans
• Planning and undertaking on-going promotional and marketing events and social media campaigns
• Planning, organizing and executing yearly marketing events calendar to generate more sales and increase profit.
• Configuring and implementing the Marketing Communications activities in line with business objectives.
• Developing and coordinating the implementation of marketing and strategic plans in coordination with the operation department.
• Producing products brochures
• Manage designing, production and distributing catalogs, flyers and prints.
