Main Function:
•Supervising the Project Base Line preparation for the newly awarded projects, review, approve and submit to the General Manager for review and final approval.
•Co-ordinate and follow-up with the Division functions/departments, for all Project Services, Resources, HSE, QA/QC to satisfy the project requirements.
•Lead the “Project Managers” under his responsibility to execute their project successfully.
•Establish relation and liaison / coordinate project execution with the project’s owner and the client.
•Promote the company image with the clients, the project owners, the vendors, etc. through high ethical and professional attitude and practice, continually exploring growth potential in existing contracts and potential projects in his area.
•Encourage and motivate all personnel under his area to give their best in every task assigned by setting a good example.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Primary
•Policy making, sanctioning, mobilizing, determining, maximizing, accounting, following, acquiring, averting, executing, improving, value adding, acquiring, resolving, reviewing, abiding, coordinating, supporting, etc.
•To manage all area resources efficiently and effectively.
•Execution of all projects in accordance as a “minimum” to the established approved projects baseline/ budgets.
•Timely billing of progress invoicing and collection as per contract terms & conditions.
•Establish, build and strengthen client relationship.
•Maintain Saudization as per management directive.
•Supervise the full and total close out of projects.
•Provide full technical support to the Project Services department during bidding (constructability, method statements, special scope, etc.)
•To engage with employee on their welfare, career development & enrichment.
Secondary
•Checking, controlling, evaluating, directing, guiding, participating, monitoring, anticipating, utilizing, assisting, advising, helping, meeting, interpreting, feed backing, organizing, delegating, motivating, training etc.
•Fill the position of Project Manager when any Project Manager is sick, or in vacation, or terminated, or a vacant position, until the recruited / appointed Project Manager arrives.
•Monitor the performance of the work at all locations and ensure that any additional work is accurately recorded and addressed.
•Provide technical solutions to the project execution, directly or through a third party.
