Primary: ( policy making, sanctioning, mobilizing, determining, maximizing,
 accounting, following, acquiring, averting, executing, improving, value adding, acquiring, resolving, reviewing, abiding, coordinating, supporting, etc.)

•    Executing all Projects Resources Programmers accurately to control project cost according to the approved projects baselines.
•    To provide the required Resources to all projects and departments at timely manner, cost effective and efficiently.
•    Reviewing resources performance and recommend the necessary actions to maximize the resources utilization and performance.
•    Maintain Saudization as per Management directives.

Secondary:(checking, controlling, evaluating, directing, guiding, participating, monitoring, anticipating, utilizing, assisting, advising, helping, meeting, interpreting, feed backing, organizing, delegating, motivating, training etc.).
To lead and manage:
a)    Manpower Management:
•    Support Estimation / Tentative Manpower requirement.
•    Receive MRP for awarded projects.
•     Prepare Manpower Mobilization Plan.
•     Initiate MRR.
•     Identify Manpower shortage.
•     Inform Manpower shortage to HR BP.
•     Mobilize manpower as per MRP.
•     Execute de-mobilization plan and closeout.
•     Control on all ID requirements for the projects.
•    Monitor and ensure all the necessary documents required during local hiring.
b)    Procurement:
•    Vendor development.
•    Vendor database.
•    Vendor performance & evaluation.
•    Establish approved Vendor list.
•    Establish material list traceable to vendors.
•    Support Estimation on procurement related activities, i.e. provide best material quotations sub contract prices.
•    Receive MSP, prepare MSS. Float RFQ and receive quotations.
•    Perform Technical and Commercial Evaluation.
•    Purchasing (Civil, Mechanical, E&I) and other materials as required by Projects.
•    Manage customs clearance from port.
•    Manage subcontracting.
c)    Equipment & Transport:
•    Establish equipment brands/supplies.
•    Support Estimation on equipment requirement.
•    Receive ERP.
•    Prepare EMP.
•    Identify equipment shortage and inform Procurement.
•    Mobilize Equipment.
•    Maintenance, Repair and overhauling.
•    Analyze, Control and report on effective utilization of equipment at all sites.
•    Monitor equipment economics.
•    Execute demobilization equipment plan.
•    Maintain equipment in Good Condition.
•    Plan & cater all transportation services.
d)    Stores & Yard:
•    Manage ware house.
•    Receipt of incoming goods.
•    Inspection of all receipts.
•    Identification all material stored.
•    Storage and reservation.
•    Material handling.
•    Issue and dispatch.
•    Inventory control.
•    Stock taking.
•    Reconcile material purchased with final BOQ.
