Main Mission :
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, grounds and utility systems by performing duties personally or through subordinates.
Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for won actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to work to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Main Tasks :
Plans, develops and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Directs training and indoctrination of works to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
Confers with management, engineering and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
Monitors expenditure of maintenance department, repair of equipment and machineries.
Directly supervises department of office employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems; interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
Works within approved budget; Develops and implement cost saving measures; Contributes to profits and revenue; Conserves organizational resources.
Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization’s goals and values; Benefits organization through outside activities; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity.
Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in-group problem solving situations.
