Branch manager role summary:
To be a Brand Ambassador formy30minutes, befully Responsibility for the Branch and its Team.
Role Responsibilities
· Supervision of staff within the branch
· Track all sessions in the Front Desk system
· Control and monitor EMS fitness program(s) for each client
· Handling enquiry’s
· Keeping my30mintutes team and clients up to date via Social media and articles
· Prepare and Organize weekly and monthly staff and coaching meetings
· Participate in coaching special events, challenges, and monthly community workouts
· Assist management with communication between management and clientele
· Supervise and take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of my30minutes equipment
· Be prepared to move between different locations according to operational needs of the business to fulfill your contractual end date
· Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager
