Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Management of Production, maintenance, purchasing, material management and planning of production, logistics, and new projects including
Establish yearly budget for the whole plant and monitor the budget throw the year against actual achievement of production and sales
Improve the level of utilization in all departments in order to reduce cost of prodcution, down time, inventory, and slow moving inventory
Manage the plant departments to achieve their objectives, which are driven from the company general objective by establishing adn monitoring a KPI for each
Approve and evaluate suppliers of raw materials, packaging materials, machines, and spare parts
Work with sales department to add inputs which can direct the sales volumes and SKU in order to achieve best performance of the whole factory including the inventory of raw material, also control of inventory throw all the year for it is level and value, adn set standard of minimum monthly order of each SKU
Plannin, Scheduling and supervising implementation process costing structure of new products and revision of cost for any change or customize in previous product
Ensure Implementation of comapny rules, safety and GMP, also with yearly measurement of the effectiveness of each procedure
Emphasize on implementing of new management practice to improve team work, make eveybody important but responsible in the same time freedom with responsibility
Plan and identity required training on yearly basis for all production and maintenance stuff
